Mom and Melissa designed Ayanna's birthday cake - an Ice Cream Bar. I learn something new every day! No
princess stuff or frilly lillies, just a simple ice cream bar cake.
Sounds easy, right? NOT! I submit, it was thee
challenges of all challenges. The image they sent was that of a small cake that fits on a paper
towel; the tricky part was that this baby needed to feed 30. In all, it became a very large cake.
How does 14 inches by 14 inches and 4 inches deep grab you? It was an all day venture, but when I finished I was pleased. It was very Ayanna and that was the goal!
