Before I go on and on about Ilene, allow me to say that I am passionate about and love all of my nieces! Now, let me tell you about Ilene. Ilene is the niece that makes me
feel good about me being me. She treats me more like a daughter treats a
mother. She is charming and charismatic...and we are all better people because she is in our lives. And, that ladies and gents is how she makes me feel. Are we warm and fuzzy yet? I am.
I’ve never known anyone to love CHOCOLATE more than her (except her father). No doubt, the like father-like daughter business applies here.
I refrained from making a large 3 tiered cake
because everyone in this family is on a diet - again. So I made her favorite,
chocolate with dark dark chocolate cake.
The giant cupcake bottom is about 4 layers of melted
chocolate candy. Inside the chocolate vase is a chocolate cake and the top is
re-topped with cream Cheese and butter cream. What say you?
