Another batch of sweetness worth mentioning from the past.
From the Desk of Nancily:
Ana, my fun and jokester of a niece, requested "Princess cupcakes" for her kick ball teammate, a guy friend. So, why not, I threw in some crowns, and wands for the occasion. As per her request: red velvet
and Guava fixings (the guava cups are the ones with the wands).
I made the birthday boy a
Giant cupcake and crowned him with his initial, so he could feel like a "King"
instead of "Queen".
Side bar: I used Sugar Paste instead of Fondant, they are a
bit fragile, but hold better with the heat.
